- Solicitation for Offers No. 0TX2695 June 8, 2011 Lease Summary A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Big Spring, TX Delineated Area: City Limits of Big Spring provided Public Utilities are available to the submitted location. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,838 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,064 RSF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 25 (secured) Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 25 surface on site secured parking spaces for Government Vehicles are required as a part of rental consideration. Adequate parking for employee and visitors. Minimum fifty (50) foot setback from any vehicular traffic. The building will include a sally-port and fenced yard to accommodate a 40' bus. The building and parking area should provide acceptable access including adequate turning radius for buses/large vehicles and direct secure access into the premises. Space shall not be located within 200 feet of residential areas, schools, parks or churches. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 flood plain. B. Projected Dates.
