- This announcement modifies a previous pre-solicitation notice and is issued to notify prospective bidders that release of the Solicitation Number P11PS11188 (P11PS51188 revised) has been postponed until further notice. All attempts to post the solicitation to Interior Department Acquisition Electronic System - Electronic Commerce (IDEAS-EC) were unsuccessful due to a technical difficulty. Our IT staff is working to resolve the issue and upon finding a workable solution the solicitation will be made available to the public via FBO website. The 06/29/2011 response date will be revised to allow 30 days (minimum) to respond to the solicitation. The new response date will be stated in the solicitation. More info to follow once additional details are known.
