- US Army Contracting Command proposes to award a sole source firm fixed price commercial contract to Engineering Technology Associates, Inc., 1133 E. Maple Road, Suite 200 Troy, MI 48083 for the purchase of ETA LS-DYNA Licenses. To best of the Government's knowledge, there are not any other firms that can satisfy this requirement. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement to Laura Szep, Contract Specialist, Email: laura.k.szep.civ@mail.mil. Requests must be submitted by e-mail by 5:00 PM June 10, 2011. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
