The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment, and permits necessary for fire stopping analysis and repair for the VA Medical Center located in Providence, RI. The period of performance will be from 07/01/2011 through 06/01/2012 for a base year, with four (4) one (1) year options at the discretion of the VA Medical Center. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include: technical capabilities, past performance, and price. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The solicitation package will be available on or about 06/13/2011. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
