- Requirement to deliver and install 11 each Easily Manipulated Mechanical Arm (EMMA) Sanders. Contractor shall also provide training and follow-on maintenance for 12 months from date of acceptance. SOW, CDRL's and Data Item Description will be available when RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be 23 June; proposals are due 22 July 2011. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All questions regarding the RFP and /or the data packages must be submitted in writing to mellissa.dominick@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of quotes. Anticipated award date is 31 August 2011.
