Description
Wage Determination PWS for Sulzer HVOF Thermal Spray Booths Solicitation for Sulzer Spray Booths The oklahoma City-Air Logistics center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker AFB, OK intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract (Sole Source) to Metco Sulzer. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harness, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform one time repair and alignment of Metco Plasma and High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Systems. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications, industry standard practices, and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is identified in Appendix A. The contractor shall provide alignment, repair and calibration, and replace sensors as needed on all METCO Plasma and High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Systems IAW Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. This service shall be scheduled within two (2) weeks after award of contract. The contractor shall notify the Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) five (5) calendar days prior to the visit. The contractor shall align, check all O2 Sensors, leak check all systems and inspect them for safety and place a sticker on each passed system to certify it for one year from the date of inspection. Any system(s) that fails the alignment or inspection, the contractor shall evaluate and perform recommended repairs cited and quoted for passing upon written approval of the Contracting Officer (CO). Period of Performance: 01 Jul 2011 through 30 July 2011
