- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single-source contract to GSI Incorporated of Clearwater, Florida for the acquisition of Exel Composites full tilt-down towers for the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Runway 7R ALSF system. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures.
