- OMC OI 55-1 1981 Bilateral Agreement Program Furnished Property Total Evaluated Price Matrix Model Contract SUBJECT: FA8630-11-R-5002, Request for Proposal (RFP), Egyptian Personnel Support Services IV. Contractors are requested to provide a complete, fully substantiated proposal, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, the model contract, and Section L with all stated requirements. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. You are cautioned that until a contract is executed any effort performed in support of the anticipated effort is performed strictly at your own risk and expense.
