- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Omaha, NE The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 11,310 rentable square feet located in Omaha, NE. Delineated Area: North: Cuming Street South: I-80 East: 8 th Street West: I-480 The space should yield between 9,366 to 9,835 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 21 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 25, 2012. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
