- Amendment No. 3 Amendment No. 3, Extend Proposal Due date to Friday, June 17, 2011, Close of Business 4:30p.m. (pacific) ADD to Section H- Special Contract Requirements. Restrictions. 1. The temperature in the employee work areas shall be maintained between 68 to 74 degrees Fahrenheit, during renovation. Schedule air conditioning work for cool seasons and heating work for warm seasons as much as possible. Temporary heating or cooling shall be provided as necessary. 2. Preconstruction submittals shall be forwarded as a consolidated submittal.
