Description: The Air Soldier IWPS Phase 1a is a full and open competition for the development of a deliverable competitive technical data package (TDP) and mockups. The government contemplates award of one contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing. The solicitation requires that offerors manage much of the gathering and distribution of their own past performance data for government evaluation. There are no design drawings available; however, the solicitation will include a Statement of Work, a performance specification and instructions to offerors.
