Description

The Veterans Affairs currently occupies 3965 net useable square feet (NUSF) of space at 4242 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland Ohio as an outpatient clinic. The lease has expired. VA is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate the existing clinic if advantageous to the Government. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate. The space must be on no more than one floor//two contiguous floors and provide between 3000 to 4000 NUSF of space. On site parking for 50 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 5 years will be considered. Occupancy required by August 2011. Please reference Solicitation VA-250-11-RP-0179 when responding to this announcement. To be considered space must be within or bordering a delineated area as follows: North: Vine Court South: Orchard Ave East: West 38th Street West: West 48th Place Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside of the 100 year- flood plain. VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease. Intrested Offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representative) should submit 2 copies of specific information concerning their properties to Dara Greene by mail, fax.
