- The 409th CSB/ECC-E (Theater Contracting Center) intents to award a contract for the purchase of Contractor services to support day to day operations, within US Army Supply Support Activities (SSAs), at USAREUR installations in Germany. This contract shall have firm-fixed-price contract line item numbers (CLINS). The contractor shall provide all skilled labor,supervision and other items necessary to provide supply support services for handling and accounting for US Army Supply Class II (Office Materials, Tool Boxes, etc.), Class III (Petroleum Products), Class IV (Construction Material, Class VII (Major End Items, Vehicles and Tanks and Class IX (Repair Parts for Major End Items). The contract is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, 13.5, and 15. The ancticipated award date is 15 Sept 2011. All requirements, including the Performance Work Statement, will be included in the Request for Proposals (RFP) number W912CM-11-R-0011 to be issued on or about 6 July 2011, closing 30 days after the RFP issue date. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation, and all invoices and payments will be made using the WAWF system. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses shall include all information requested in the RFP.
