CLIN 0001: POSTAGE METER EQUIPMENT LEASE AND MAINTENANCE, 4 QTR: CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS. MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING REGULAR SCHEDULED CLEANING, IS FOR THE PROVIDED EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REPLACING INK CARTRIDGES OR ENVELOPE SEALANTS. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 July 2011 through 30 June 2012. CLIN 0002: OPTION YEAR ONE- POSTAGE METER EQUIPMENT LEASE AND MAINTENANCE, 4 QTR: CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS. MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING REGULAR SCHEDULED CLEANING, IS FOR THE PROVIDED EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REPLACING INK CARTRIDGES OR ENVELOPE SEALANTS. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013. CLIN 0003: OPTION YEAR TWO- POSTAGE METER EQUIPMENT LEASE AND MAINTENANCE, 4 QTR: CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS. CLIN 0005: OPTION YEAR FOUR- POSTAGE METER EQUIPMENT LEASE AND MAINTENANCE, 4 QTR: CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS. MAINTENANCE, INCLUDING REGULAR SCHEDULED CLEANING, IS FOR THE PROVIDED EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REPLACING INK CARTRIDGES OR ENVELOPE SEALANTS. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 July 2015 through 30 June 2016. PLACE OF DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE: Delivery includes installation. See attached for delivery locations.
