Description

The VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD requires a contractor to provide Community Based Outpatient Care (CBOC) primary care services for approximately 1500 eligible veterans residing in the Pierre, SD area. Contract will be for a base period of one year with four additional option years which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the government. Contract commencement will be effective upon date of award. Solicitation package will be available approximately July 15, 2011. Applicalbe NAICS code is 621498 with a business size of $10.0m. This procurement is for full and open competition. Receipt of proposals are due October 14, 2011 by close of business 4:00pm MST.
