- Description
- The Air Force Research Laboratory, Edwards Research Site (AFRL/RZ-West) is seeking potential sources capable of providing Management Administrative Resource Services for AFRL/RZ-West on Edwards AFB, CA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, services and other items necessary to perform financial management, information management, personnel system support, business reporting, analyses and management administration function, and graphics support. The contractor shall support the financial management divisions, the business offices, and individual projects, branches and divisions. The branches require continuous support but are located in different locations/buildings at AFRL RZ-West. The branches shall be supported at all times without any impact to the current/future workload and/or branch/Laboratory mission. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 561110 with a size standard of $7M. This synopsis constitutes one form of early industry involvement and the Government requests industry recommendations, opinions, and feedback. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids/proposals. Responses will assist the Government in determining whether to set-aside/restrict competition in some way or solicit offers from all responsible sources. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notification or otherwise pay for any information or inquiry. This synopsis does not constitute a request for proposal, and is not considered to be a commitment by the Government. All interested parties who believe that they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing the complete information describing their capability and qualifications to provide the aforementioned support services.
