Ft. (ABOA): 7997 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7997 Space Type: Office, flex Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 30 Full Term: 15 yrs Firm Term: 10 yrs Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: The offered space cannot be within ¼ mile of the International Border or within two blocks of a day care center, hospital, school, or residential community. Build to Suits will not be considered. A vehicle garage (vehicle sally port) will be required within the space or the capability to have one built in the space which will be approximately 800 square feet. Of the 30 parking spaces, 5 parking spaces must be secured by fencing. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
