Description

Amendment 1 to SAQMMA11R0220 The US Department of State's ("State") Executive Office for the Bureaus of Near Eastern Affairs and South and Central Asian Affairs ("EX") has a requirement for a third party contractor (the "Contractor") to provide Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007 ("MOSS") technical services. Specifically, EX requires the Contractor to assist it in the design, development, implementation and design maintenance for a medium-scale, dynamic, intranet web-based information and project management system that supports the planning, execution and maintenance of State augmentation and transition operations ("ATO"). This web-based MOSS-2007 information and project management platform, which may comprise multiple varied, linked and discrete platforms based on geographical areas or other divisions, will be known as the Common Operations Management Platform ("COMP"). Pursuant FAR Part8.002(a), Supply Services, this Solicitation anticipates awarding a firm fixed price performanced based contract against GSA Schedule 70. This is a Small Business Competitive 8a Set Aside (ONLY OFFERORS THAT ARE 8a SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFIED AND ARE GSA CONTRACT HOLDERS MAY SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR SOLICITATION SAQMMA11R0220). Questions Due on or by Monday June, 22, 2011, 3p eastern. Proposals Due on or by Friday June 27, 2011, 5p eastern.
