Description

This is a small business set aside for quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a fixed priced purchase order for the membership dues for National Quality Forum on a sole source basis to National Quality Forum, 601 Thirteenth Street, NW Washington, DC 20005. A purchase order award will be made within (5) business days after the response due date of this notice. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be for 12 months. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541990. All responsible sources may submit capability statements in consideration to the Agency at the above address. Therefore, this notice is not a request for a submission. However, interested parties may submit a description of their capabilities to perform within 3 days of this notice and the submission will be considered. Responses must be sent electronically to phillip.harrell@cms.hhs.gov no later than 2:00pm on 6/29/11.
