The OJT will include training for the following specialties: Avionics Systems, Tactical Aircraft Maintenance (Crew Chiefs), Engines, Electrical/Environmental, Armament, Aerospace Ground Equipment, Egress, Fuels, Hydraulics, Non-Destructive Inspection, Aircraft Structures, Maintenance Management, Maintenance Management Analysis, Aircrew Flight Equipment, Avionics Test Stations, Avionics Sensors, and Metal Technology. The contractor will receive students that have completed USAF Initial Skills Training and been awarded a 3-level certificate in their specialty. The purpose of the OJT will be to complete the tasks to proficiency necessary to be awarded a 5-level certificate. The tasks will be identified by the USG and will consist of USAF core and work center tasks. The contractor will use existing technical data for the RSAF F-15C/D/S and use existing equipment, tools and supplies within the RSAF system. The OJT will take place at multiple locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) over an estimated period of twelve to eighteen months. The OJT will include a train-the-trainer course to be administered in the later portions of the 5-level training program such that the students will be provided skills in training other more junior technicians. The contractor would be responsible for scheduling training activities and managing student training records in coordination with the RSAF training organization.
