The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), will be soliciting a proposal for firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically; on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov No Paper copies of this solicitation will be available. Title of Project: Build a U.S. Coast Guard approved certified passenger and freight vessel Description: This project will consist of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, engineering and supervision necessary to build a 36feet U.S. Coast Guard passenger and freight vessel to meet the mission located at Fort Sumter National Monument, Sullivan's Island, South Carolina. The vessel is required to pass a U.S. Coast Guard certification as passenger carrying vessel. Specifications will be listed in the solicitation when posted. Delivery: FOB to Charleston, South Carolina with final destination to Fort Moultrie, Sullivan's Island, South Carolina. Type of Procurement: A Firm-Fixed contract is anticipated to be awarded.Estimated price range: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. The NAICS code is 336612. The size standard is 500 employees.
