- General Provisions Statement of Work RFQ This combined synopsis/solicitation shall constitute the only announcement of this requirement. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A NAF Contract is contemplated. The solicitation reference number is FOX03010168004. The FAR, DoD supplements (DFARS) and Air Force FAR supplements (AFFARS) do not apply to nonappropriated fund (NAF) procurements except as required by AFMAN 34-302 and AFI 64-301. Only those clauses required by law or otherwise stated in AFMAN 34-302 shall be mandatory. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification Code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14M. FOX03010168004: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish running new three (3) phase wire and pump control wires from an existing pump house to the exisiting control panel which is approximately 1100' away in accordance with the Statement of Work at the Wrenwoods Golf Course and Joint Base Charleston, SC. Any interested party must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx in order to be eligible for award. Please see attached Request for Quote. This will serve as the form for the contractor's proposal. A due date for offers will be 12:00 PM EST on 22 June 2011. Offers may be emailed to bradley.nicholson@us.af.mil or faxed to 843-963-5183, Attn: Bradley Nicholson, Contract Specialist. Reference solicitation number FOX03010168004 on your proposal. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. Contract award notices are not a mandatory requirement for NAF purchases/services.
