E/I FA-18 AIRCRAFT. NOTE: THIS IS A RESTRICTED SOURCE ITEM AND REQUIRES ENGINEERING SOURCE APPROVAL BY THE GOVERNMENT DESIGN CONTROL ACTIVITY. CLASS 3 THREADS APPLY TO THIS NSN. ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY.THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM STO-KAR ENTERPRISES (64296) P/N 74A835787-2001 BOEING COMPANY, THE (76301) P/N 74A835787-2001 NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS (76823) P/N 74A835787-2001 Set Aside: Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 6/21/11. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus 4 option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Increments solicited: 50-74 : 75-99; 100-124; and 125-147 units. Delivery: 50-74 / 60 days; 74-99 / 90 days ; 100-124/ 120 days ; and 125-147 /150 days. The estimated annual demand quantity is 147 units. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
