Description

General Spiritual Guide, FCI Milan - Market Research Questionnaire The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The purpose of this announcement is to survey the market for potential sources capable of providing the services. This is not a solicitation. It is estimated that a solicitation will be forthcoming in the near future. The projected requirement is for the provision of General Spiritual Guide Services as part of the Life Connections Program at the Federal Correctional Institution located at Milan, MI. Services will be provided for the inmate population on-site in the Religious Services Department at the facility. The requirement is for an estimated 20 sessions (a session being defined as 1 hour in duration) to be performed on-site weekly. The individual will provide religious instruction and counseling for individuals of multiple faith backgrounds in conjunction with the Residential Faith-Based Program. Services will not be limited to a particular faith or religion. The schedule may require some evening and weekend hours based on program needs.
