- Bids are being solicited under solicitation number RFQ1090093gh. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. The DHHS FDA Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001, STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Brand Name or Equal Acquisition for the IncuCyte System made by Essen Bioscience. 3. Description of Supplies or Services a. IncuCyte Fluorescent Microscope System b. Available on GSA Contract from Government Scientific Source, Inc. GSA Contract No. GS-07F-5934R, Sin # 603-10 4. Requirements for our laboratory project: a microscopic imaging system that is specifically engineered to operate within an incubator and simultaneously generate real time images of cells while they grow and without interacting or removing the tissue culture from the incubator environment. This microscopic imaging system must operate from within an existing standard tissue culture incubator. The system must be capable of capturing images without interacting with or removing cells from the incubator. System must possess automated hands-free operation for periods exceeding 14 days and must be capable of automatically generating kinetic growth curves for cells. The system must have both high definition phase contrast and single wavelength fluorescence optics (optimized for GFP, YFP, Alexa 488, intercalating DNA dyes, fluorescein derivatives). The high definition optics must image standard 384 well tissue culture plates without any sidewall or meniscus effects. Software control of the system must be over the internet from any network computer. The Microscope must auto-locate and auto-focus for all positions imaged. Compatibility with standard tissue culture vessels is essential. Systems which require the use of any custom tissue culture tissue culture vessel will not be acceptable. The system must be compatible with the following vessels and the software must contain imaging templates for: 384 well microplates, 96 well microplates, 48 well microplates, 24 well microplates, 6 well microplates, 92.6 sq. cm. Roboflask, 500 sq.cm. Triple flask, 84sq. cm. Autoflask, 225 sq cm flasks, 185 sq.cm. flasks, 182 sq.cm flasks, 175 sq.cm flasks, 150 sq.cm flasks, 75 sq.cm flasks, and 25 Sp.cm flasks as well as 35 mm dishes, 60 mm dishes, 100 mm dishes, 150 mm dishes and microslides. 5. Evaluation Criteriaa. Meets all technical performance requirementsb. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DHHS FDA Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids.
