- Description
- The USBR, Glen Canyon Field Division has a small business set aside commercial item requirement to provide the equipment and components necessary to furnish 8 new sheaves for overhead bridge crane 30-ton auxiliary hooks. Contractor must forge and machine block sheaves according to dimensions, tolerances, and characteristics found on Glen Canyon drawing 420-M-1224. Cylindrical roller bearings must also be furnished with and installed in sheaves.Specifications, drawings and pictures are available by attachement to RFQ: R11PS4P414. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov.This is being awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. Vendors must be registered in CCR to be eligible for award of contract. Responses must include completed clause 52.212-03 or ORCA registration confirmation. TIN and DUNS numbers must be included with responses. Estimated delivery date must be on all responses. Complete responses are due by 4:00 pm MST on July 15, 2011. Estimated award date is 7/30/2011.
