Description
This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside for a Project to Remove Existing Sheet Vinyl and Install New Sheet Vinyl in 22 Rooms within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Building 39, Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System - Tucson, AZ. Contractor shall provide all necessary transportation, supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to remove an approximately 830 square yards of existing vinyl flooring. Prep and an approximately install 830 square yards of Mannington sheet vinyl (Blonde Part No.5635), 1130 linear feet of Flash Cove, weld seams with blonde color weld rod inside and outside corners of 22 Rooms within ICU. Construction shall be completed as indicated in Construction Statement of Work/Specifications and Plans. The project will be constructed in informal phases due to avoid unnecessary interruption with operations within ICU. Construction shall be completed within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 238330. Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed period of performance for this acquisition is 90 calendar days after the notice to proceed issuance. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about July 12, 2011 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates and/or amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. Any prospective SDVOSB contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/, and the Vetbiz Registry at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/general_user/search/, in order to be eligible for award. The closing date and time for submission of proposals will be contained in the solicitation. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written request will be accepted.
