- Description
- This Modification 3 extends the on or about release date for the solicitation to June 28, 2011. The due date is extended. Offers will be due by 4 PM July 25, 2011. The Department of Veterans Affairs Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center (VADALC) intends to solicit and negotiate indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity fixed price contract(s) for Prosthetic Socks, Shrinkers and Sheaths. The quantities vary per line item and will be noted in the solicitation package. The contract period will be for one year plus four (4) one-year option periods. If offeror is not a manufacturer, a signed agreement between the offeror and the manufacturer must be submitted with the offer and remain in effect for the duration of the contract period, including option years. Contracts will be established using competitive negotiated procedures. Applicable NAICS code is 339113. For the Prosthetic Socks and Sheaths requirements the VA DALC intends to solicit under full and open competition procedures. The VADALC intends to solicit the Prosthetic Shrinkers portion of the requirements as a total small business set-aside. The solicitation for Shrinkers will be subject to the Buy American Act.
