- Amendment 0001 to allow site visits, extend the offer due date and remove the Brand Name restriction. Please diregard the brand name justification uploaded with the solicitation. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-11-T-0051, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-52 (Effective 31 MAY 2011). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 339920 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v) Apollo Sunguard System Inc Shade Cloth (30' x 36') 1080 sq. ft. Fully bound with reinforced corners, Freight for (30' x 36') Canopy, USA Shade & Fabric Structures Inc Replacement Fabric Includes Cables and Clamps, Size (52' x 25') Wind load 90 MPH Snow load5lbs/sq. ft. Freight for (52' x 25') Canopy, Installation of Canopies on both Structures. Brand name is requested in solicitation FA4460-11-T-0051. Refer to attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-11-T-0051 with Brand Name Letter and schedule for CLIN item details. (vi) The contractor shall deliver no later than 30 days after contract date. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (vii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-11-T-0051 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. (viii) Not Applicable (ix) Quotes are required to be received by the 19th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. CST, Wednesday, 6 July 2011.
