- synopsis - notice: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to enter into a Firm-fixed price, Indefinite-delivery / Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized / forfeited vehicles in the District of Minnesota for the United States Marshals Service (USMS). The period of performance is for one base year and four one-year options, if exercised, for a total of five years. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NIACS 2007) CODE APPLICABLE TO THIS NOTICE IS 493190, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $25.5 MILLION. all future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through this site. interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with UNICOR, FPi must be registered at www.ccr.gov and http://orca.bpn.gov. It is anticipated that Solicitation # USMS21-11 will be issued on or before JULY 5, 2011 for this requirement.
