Description
THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for renewal of NetOwl Software for use on AFTAC's JWICS systems. Period of performance is 11 Sept. 2011 to 10 Sept. 2012. This is a Sole Source with Systems Research Application Corp. IAW FAR 6.302-1. Systems Research Application Corp. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement to continue the annual maintenance support for NetOwl Extractor Standard Edition Software that is used on AFTAC's METIS server. NetOwl Software is owned by Systems Research Applications Corp. NetOwl is proprietary to Systems Research Applications Corp; only authorized vendors can provide support to this software. NetOwl provides advance data mining entity extraction capabilities to include person, organization, address, place, numeric, artifact, time, geospatial, events and links. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Systems Research Application Corp. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
