Description: RECOVERY--This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate the following: replace and relocate 4" sewer line above new switch gear, relocate electrical conduits, work on fire dampers and modify joist bridging, relocate two low voltage data conduits and provide electrical connection for VAVs on first floor of building 35 and provide lighting changes in basement of building 35 at the SouthEast Poultry Research Laboratory in the total amount of $137,199.00. This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and 41 U.S.C.253(c)(5). The additional services have been deemed necessary under the current contract and are within scope of the current contract. This opportunity is available only under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-10-0024. This modification will be awarded to SoCo Contracting Company, Inc., 5655 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 117, Norcross, GA 30092.
