- The Internal Revenue Service awarded multiple IDIQ contracts under solicitation number TIRNO-09-R-00013, Total Information Processing Support Services – 4 Small Business (SB), which was conducted as a Small Business Set-Aside Competition. This TIPSS-4 SB award is comprised of Management/Business Operations Support Services (MBOSS) only. MBOSS will cover services necessary for implementation of large-scale systems across functional areas that require high-level project management skills and tools for managing, tracking, reporting, and transitioning large-scale systems, and for maintaining configuration management controls. Specific requirements will be competed among TIPSS-4 SB contractors and issued via cost reimbursement or fixed-price task orders. The period of performance is 10 years, comprised of a one-year base and nine, one-year options. TIPSS-4 SB provides sources of information processing support services for the IRS, Department of the Treasury and its Bureaus. This award announcement is only for offerors that proposed under solicitation TIRNO-09-R-00013.
