- The North Texas Job Coprs Center is soliciting proposals for the lease of laundry equipment to include maintenance. Equipment includes: 48 Single Washing Machines 30 Single Dryers 24 Stacking Units (Dryer/Dryer, Totaling 48 Tumblers) All electric, Utilities are in place. Equipment is to be distributed to 12 dormitory laundry rooms. Terms of contract will be 15 months with 3 additional option years.
