Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) located at: 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, Alabama and 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, Alabama anticipate a requirement for service and repair of six (6) boilers systems. See attached SOW Statement of Work. The NAICS code is 238220. Interested parties shall submit the following information NLT Monday June 27th by 3:00pm eastern time. All questions shall be addressed to Filida.enoch@va.gov. 1.Service capability statement/literature. Indicate ability to service and repair fire tube and water tube type boilers/burners. 2.Provide a copy of the ASME "R" stamp as required by the National Board of Boilers. 3.Provide a copy of ASME certified welder certificate. 4.Provide a copy of General Contractor License for the state of Alabama. 5.Point of contact information.
