- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ VA-263-11-RQ-0477 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The applicable NAICS code is 334516. Primer express Primer and probe design software Stock# 43478211 Each Please provide quote for the requested items or the equivalent to the specifications of the requested items.
