This will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract. Period of Performance: Performance shall be for nine (9) months from date of award. The purpose of the supplement to the Journal of the National Cancer Institute is to advance research on multilevel interventions in cancer care (e.g. patient, provider teams, health care organizations). The contractor shall produce a journal supplement entitled "Understanding and Influencing Multilevel Factors across the Cancer Continuum" in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute (JNCI). The contractor shall include three sections: Section I: Multilevel influences and interventions across the cancer care continuum, and highlight examples from the literature on chronic disease care and prevention. Section II: Challenging conceptual issues and opportunities for research on multilevel interventions.
