SYSTEM REQUIREMENT FOR OR VASCULAR ROOM The system required must meet the following specifications at a minimum: "Obtain a system that guarantees flexibility to be upgraded as technology changes. "Obtain a customized installation and remote troubleshooting/service/support for the entire system. "Vascular surgery x-ray angiography system with application specific accessories. "Must have a universal ceiling-mounted C-arm angiography system with a high-resolution flat detector, 100 kW generator and x-ray tube with new flat emitter technology for excellent image quality with the functionality to optimize image impression, ability to reduce radiation exposure and DICOM compatible with remote service. "Imaging system software with digital subtraction angiography and digital acquisition technology in 1k/12-bit matrix. "Must have a radiographic system for medical applications with emphasis on surgical and diagnostic radiography, as well as keyhole vascular surgery of the chest. "Must have intervent neuro engine that bundles the basic functionality for neuro-radiological interventions. It shall include a module for optimized radiographic evaluation and diagnosis and the software applications 3d views of projection images acquired with an angiography system, cross-sectional imaging CT, in room control, guidance during interventional procedures enhanced functionality. "19" color flat screen SCD display with high luminance and extended field of view. "Stenosis measurement to determine the degree of stenosis with 3d views of projection images acquired with an angiography system. "Angiography software package that consists of DSA Angio Viewer as well as High-Speed Review for real-time display of native and subtracted angiography images. "Vascular/vessel analysis with determination of degree of stenosis, distance measurement and calibration. "Keyboard with special function keys. "3D acquisition native or subtracted (with DSA options only) rotational angiography with angle triggering, generating the image data required for 3D reconstruction. "High resolution detector 30x40, including components, dynamic flat detector for fully digital imaging chain, with integrated, removable grid. Patient safety measuring chamber for detection of the dose-area product, 3-focus high performance x-ray tube assembly, rotatable angio collimator including filter and integrated collision protection. "Runoff peripheral digital angiography with stepping and online subtraction display. "OR floor-mounted swiveling patient table with telescopic foot, floating and tiltable tabletop (in two axes); motor-driven stepping for digital peripheral angiography. Table control module, power-assisted, for obese patients no less than 500 lbs. "Table top (narrow) and mattress (thin) carbon fiber patient positioning tabletop including special-foam mattress. "Wireless foot switch for release of fluoroscopy, exposure and table brake as well a a configurable additional function. Wireless via radio communication. "DCS 4m DVI 2xBWD-19 (Live+Ref+Prp) display suspension system for three flat-screen displays with two 19" b/w flat-screen displays with blue background color with ability to expand for two additional displays. "Pre-install security systems "2nd DCS3 DVI 2xBWD-19 (Live_Ref+Prp) display suspension system for three flat-screen displays with two 19" b/w flat-screen displays with blue background color. Capability to add one additional display. "ACE cable set in equipment room for image system interface to the displays in the control room if the image system is installed in the equipment room. "C-Room DVI 2xBWD-19 (Live+Ref) -36m - two monochrome 19" flat-screen displays with blue background color. "Multimodality viewing DCS system consisting of a basic kit with video switch, optical video isolation and isolation transformer, as well as a color flat screen display with black frame and cable for installation in a DCS. "Multimodality viewing kit for connection of a color flat panel display in the examination room, including optical isolation transformer and VGA cable. "Multimodality viewing universe kit that includes an optical buffer amplifier with VGA cable and enables the image signal of any VGA-based source (SXGA 1280 x 1024 or VGA 640 x 480) to be displayed (switchable) at a display in the DCS in the examination room. "Multimodality viewing universal kit (CR) that includes an optical buffer amplifier with VGA cable and enables the image signal of any VGA-based source (SXGA 1280 x 1024 or VGA 640 x 480, e.g. Ultrasound) to be displayed (switchable) at a display in the DCS or Large Display in the examination room. The source can be easily connected and disconnected directly at the examination table. "Vessel analysis with determination of degree of stenosis, distance measurement and calibration. "Patient recovery kit manual C-arm release for easy patient recovery in case of a complete system failure. "Fluoro loop storage and review of dynamic fluoroscopic sequences. The maximum storable fluoroscopy time depends on the selected pulse rate, e.g. 17 s at 30 p/s, 34 s at 15 p/s. "Automatic stand positioning, selected reference, image and automatic reference image selection depending on the stand positioning. "DICOM HIS/RIS capability to import of patient/examination data from external RIS/HIS patient management system with DICOM MWL (modality work list). "Provision of DICOM print service for connection to a laser camera or a network printer (postscript). "Security package SW-Option/Extension for providing enhanced security features including user management and audit trail functionality. "LB radiation protection with pivot arm for shielding the lower body against scattered radiation within the examiner's moving range designed to avoid collisions with the tube during oblique projections. "Accessory rail extension that attaches to the lateral accessory rail of the patient positioning table and enables position of the control modules on top of each other (parallel in two planes) or attaching of further accessories. "Instrument holder to be positioned at the patient table above the patient.
