- Description
- The work to be performed is for general construction services at various locations on Guam and outlying areas in the Pacific. The work under the contract will generally provides for all labor, materials, equipment, permit and clearances and other incidental work required for the project. Other incidental work required includes any and all items and considerations necessary to insure a complete and usable final product, including, but not limited to, the necessary design and construction considerations not specifically stated elsewhere in the statement of work. SD Joint Venture was awarded the first task order 0001 at $98,800 for the repair of the outdoor deck at Bldg. 295, Top of the Mar, Nimitz Hill, Guam. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by Oct. 2011. The remaining six (6) contractors were awarded $10,000 each for the base period minimum guarantee. The seven (7) awardees will compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.
