Description
Statement of work 1. General Contractor shall provide the production, editing and broadcasting of a total of six radio spots, based on a script provided by the US Government, in Spanish and three radio spots in Quechua for a period of six months. The broadcast will take place in seven radio stations in the Upper Huallaga Valley (UHV) and four radio stations in the Valley of Apurimac and Ene River (VRAE). 2. The Following Configuration Will Be Utilized: For the UHV area, including Tingo Maria, Aucayacu, Tocache, Valle Paraiso, Alto Huanuco, Valle de Magdalena, Allacanca, Valle de Puzna, Nuevo Progresso, Viracocha, Alto Pacaye. the contractor will utilize the following radio stations; Radio Rivere a, Radio La Luz, Radio Ondas del Huallaga, Radio Uranio, Radio Stereo Mix, Radio Programas del Per and Radio Panamericana; and will broadcast the advertisement on the radio according to the following schedule: Daily commercial slots: 06 times per day x 7 days a week Slot Breakup: Morning: 03 times between 0500-0700 Afternoon: 03 times between 1700-2000 The radio station will broadcast one Spanish version of the radio spot every two months, then the second Spanish version for another two months and the third Spanish version for another two months. Overall duration of the three radio spots will be six months. For the VRAE area, including Apurimac, Cuzco, Hunacav lica, Junin, and Ayacucho; the contractor will utilize the following radio stations; Radio Estaci n Wari, Radio Huanta 2000, Radio Doble A, and Radio San Francisco; and will broadcast the advertisement on the radio according to the following schedule: Daily commercial slots: 06 times per day x 7 days a week Slot Breakup: Morning: 03 times between 0500-0700, two in Spanish and one in Quechua Afternoon: 03 times between 1700-2000, Two Spanish and one in Quechua The radio station will broadcast one Spanish/Quechua version of the radio spot every two months, then the second Spanish/Quechua version for another two months and the third Spanish/Quechua version for another two months. Overall duration of the three radio spots will be six months. The contractor shall provide the US Government a detailed schedule of when the radio spots will be aired at the radio stations listed on the SOW. The schedule shall be provided no later than seven days prior to the scheduled air time. The aired radio spots will be verified by the contractor and approved by the US Government. 2.Changes to Contract: The only person authorized to make changes to the contract is the contracting officer. Failure to clear changes in contract with the contracting officer will result in contractor not receiving compensation for costs incurred. Only the station in this contract can broadcast this content on their station. No broadcast will be permitted without this signed agreement.
