- J-7 Plans J-6 Performance Bond J-6 Payment Bond J-6 Bid Bond J-5 MOU J-5 MOU Addendum J-4 Fire Plan J-3 Wage Determination J-1 Supplemental Specifications Solicitation Forest Road 2170 M.P. 1.9 and M.P. 3.7 Fill Repair The Olympic National Forest intends to acquire by contract repair of the roadway fill on Forest Service Road (FSR) No. 2170 at M.P. 1.9 and M.P. 3.7. Project work consists of the following major items of work: reconstruction of the roadway; survey; pipe removal; pipe installation; installation of a mechanically stabilized earth wall; clearing and grubbing; excavation; haul of excavated material and granulated backfill; contractor testing; seeding and mulching. This project is located on the Pacific Ranger District of the Olympic National Forest. FSR 2170, M.P. 1.9: Section 11, T 24 N, R 10.5 W. FSR 2170, M.P.3.7: Section 7, T 24 N, R 10 W, near Lake Quinault, Washington. Project site may be reached by traveling North from Lake Quinault on HWY 101 for approximately 14 mile to FSR No. 2100 (West Boundary). Turn right from HWY 101 onto FSR No. 2100. Proceed on FSR 2100 for approximately 13 miles to the intersection of FSR 2170. Turn right onto FSR 2170. Proceed on FSR 2170 for approximately 1.9 miles to the project site and proceed for another 1.8 miles to the next project site M.P. 3.7. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this project. Period for performance is from JUNE 01, 2012, to SEPT. 30, 2012. Project Manager is Mr Guadalupe Cisneros, 360-956-2353. The government will proceed to issue a solicitation as a Request for Proposals. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offerors will be evaluated on the basis of: (1) the merits of the offer; (2) the risk associated with the offeror's; experience; past performance; managers, key personnel, & subcontractors; use of biopreferred products; price realism; and our level of confidence in the offeror (LOCAR). Contract award will be to the offerors whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value to the government. This solicitation will be available on or about JULY 08, 2011. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR on the part of the offeror will render an offeror ineligible for award.
