Description

HSCETC-11-R-00001, Amendment 00007 SF30 HSCETC-11-R-00001, Amendment 00002 SF30 HSCETC-11-R-00001, Amendment 00001 SF30 Attachment 8-IDIQ Pricing Revised2 The purpose of Amendmnet 00007 to HSCETC-11-R-00001 is to: 1. Notify offerors to see attached 'Attachment 8-IDIQ Pricing Revised2'. The previous spreadsheet locked the cells for CLIN 00001/Option Year 1. The revised spreadsheet allows offerors to input information in cells under CLIN 00001/Option Year 1'. 2. Notify potential Offerors that if there is a discrepancy between the solicitation no. HSCETC-11-R-00001 (includes 1449, Section C, Section E, Section D, and Attachments 1-13) and the responses to technical and acquisition questions posted in Amendments 00003, 00004, and 00005, the responses take precedence. 3. Notify Offerors that the SF30's for Amendment 00001 and Amendment 00002 have been posted retroactively. Amendment 00001 was posted on June 1, 2011 and Amendment 00002 was posted on June 10, 2011 (See attached HSCETC-11-R-00001, Amendment 00001 and HSCETC-11-R-00001, Amendment 00002). 4. Notify potential offerors that per Section E, page 15, Executive Summary, the Offeror shall submit any amendments (SF30's) (if issued), signed and dated. SF30's for Amendments 00001 through 00007 have been issued for HSCETC-11-R-00001. 5. Offerors are notified that if they have submitted their proposal prior to receiving Amendment 00007, Offerors shall submit the signed SF30's for Amendments 00001, 00002, and 00007 to cableocio@dhs.gov prior to 6 July 2011 at 3 pm EDT. By submitting signed SF30's for Amendments 00001, 00002, and 00007 via e-mail, the Offeror is acknowledging that there are no changes to their submitted proposal as a result of Amendments 00001, 00002, and 00007. Offerors shall submit the original signed SF30's for Amendments 00001, 00002, and 00007 by following the same procedures as outlined in Section E, page 11, F, Proposal Submission Instructions. The original signed SF30's for Amendments 00001, 00002, and 00007 are due by 6 July 2011 at 3 pm EDT. End of Amendment 00007.
