- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION; no award will be made as a result of this request. This request for information is for informational purposes only; this is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). All interested parties are encouraged to respond to this RFI. The Government will not pay for information and materials received in response to this RFI and is in no way obligated by the information received The vendor will deliver 1000 Haynes, 5250, sand colored t-shirts (500 large, 400 ex-large, 100 med) to the AWG consisting of the following requirement: Graphics designed t-shirt with the input from the AWG. The pattern must be approved prior to printing. There will be five colors on the back and one color on the front. The vendor will provide the government with "Proof of Concept" for all products listed above, for review within 10 days of award of contract. The vendor will require approval from the government for all media items prior to production. All accepted and printed artwork will belong solely to the AWG. The vendor will provide the government a completed recruiting t-shirt within 40 days of award of this contract. The vendor will allow the government the right to execute a purchase of additional t-shirts at the original price per t-shirt within 12 months from the contract award. The vendor will allow the government the right to make graphic changes to the t-shirt design for an additional set up and color fee per design reprint. The government shall notify the Contractor immediately of any defects or discrepancies in the workmanship or materials. In addition, the contractor shall contact the government representative of any changes or questions concerning the t-shirts design or materials. The Contractor shall correct these items at no additional cost to the Government. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. Companies who desire to participate in this market survey are encouraged to submit a white paper which supports the company's claim that it presently has the technology, qualifications, and capabilities to satisfy one or more of the performance and technical objectives described above. The white paper should be prepared in MS Word and submitted electronically to the contracting officer at kristina.k.morrow.civ@mail.mil. The company shall be responsible for any costs associated with preparing responses to this market research. All requests for further information must be made via email; telephone requests for additional information will not be honored. The government will review RFI submissions as they are received. The government reserves the right to close this RFI once they have received adequate response(s) to this RFI.
