- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation RFQP02151100007, for the acquisition of various kosher food items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart PA. This acquisition is restricted to 100% Small Business. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery during the month of July 2011. Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary, Institution Warehouse, 3057 Easton Turnpike, Bldg C., Waymart, PA 18472. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 3, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 24, 2011. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
