- Draft PWS The Government is issuing this sources sought announcement as a market research survey for an Environmental Health & Radiation Program Manager. This announcement shall NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government; this is not a Request for Proposal nor Request for Quote. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the Respondent and will NOT be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Scope of Work: The purpose of this work effort is to conduct vulnerability assessments, readiness emergency response plans and radiation protection programs. The Contractor shall perform and manage various environmental health and radiation protection tasks, to include performing laser and radio frequency emitter inventories, toxic industrial chemical and toxic industrial material vulnerability assessment, base water distribution vulnerability assessment, and chemical/biological/nuclear/radiation emergency response plans/checklists. Please submit any information pertaining to this sources sought announcement to the POC's listed below no later than 8 Jun 11, 11:00PM (PST).
