- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ELIGIBLE UNDER THE WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM. SEE FAR CLAUSE 52.219-30. The Contractor shall perform lift station work in Cherry Glen Campground, Saylorville Lake Project. Work includes Contractor furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to complete the entire scope of work (according to specifications and industry standards) in a manner acceptable to the Government. There is one lift station consisting of two alternating 3 hp 230 volt single phase pumps. Existing pumps, controls and wiring are to be removed and retained as property of the government. Work involves replacing existing pumps with two new 3 phase 3 hp pumps with new rails, mounting hardware, alternating controls and wiring. The contractor shall be responsible for all installation and modifications for the replacement components. The performance of the lift station shall be equal to or greater than current gallon per minute pumping capacity.
