- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service, Northeast Regional Office, Gloucester, MA has a requirement for all labor, equipment and materials necessary to identify and survey dams in the Gulf of Maine District Population Segment (GOM DPS) in accordance with Statement of Work provided with the solicitation. Award of a firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is August 1, 2011 through July 30, 2012 with one (1) one year option period. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about July 15, 2011. The applicable NAICS number is 541620. The Federal Supply Class is R499. This requirement is full and open competition. The request for quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal Contract. For information regarding registration in CCR, contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. Additionally, each offeror must obtain, and provide with the quote, their nine-digit Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes are to remain effective for 30 days after close of solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to register with FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service.
