- Synopsis: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT to: Raytheon Company 1001 Boston Post Road Marlborough, MA 01752-3789 Raytheon will provide all labor, supervision, management, quality assurance and warehouse storage to provide the following parts: Part #:TMS320C31-PQL60 Part Description: 60MHZ DSP Manufacturer:Texas Instruments Inc Quantity: 1600 Part# TMS320C32-PCM60 Part description: 60MHZ DSP Manufacturer: Texas Instruments Inc Quantity: 1500 These obsolete parts will be purchased to support MIDAS Contract W15P7T-04-D-G613. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC)no later then Monday, 11 Jul at 10:00 AM EST. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. responses must be submitted via e-mail to Michael M.
