- Issue Date: 06/30/2011 Response Date: 07/13/2011 Classification Code: 71 Solicitation Number: VA-101-11-RQ-0077-0093 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to negotiate with Pomerantz, 123 South Broad St, Suite 1260, Philadelphia, PA 19100, to remove and store furniture during construction of suite 715H. Pomerantz is currently storing VA owned furniture at their warehouse from a previous construction/reconfiguration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
