Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition (OAQ) Mission Support Dallas, intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, equipment maintenance services for 1 year, with options for 4 years for the following item. 1) Oxford Instrument X-Ray spectrometer. This requirement is sole sourced to: PerkinElmer Health Sciences, 710 Bridgeport Ave, Shelton, CT 06484, as they are the manufacturer and own the proprietary software and hardware that is required to perform the maintenance on these items. Any firms believing that they can provide this service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than five days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
